Our annual Pleasant Sunday Afternoon commenced with a community lunch at 12.30 pm followed by a brief AGM. As this year marks the 200th Anniversary of the birth of Ludwig Leichhardt, we heard about this famous German explorer and naturalist whose 1848 disappearance in inland Australia remains a mystery.
